We only grant use and access of this website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted these terms.

You agree that all materials, products, and services provided on Our Site are the property of Ace Club Tennis, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property. You also agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute Ace Club Tennis intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations.
You grant Ace Club Tennis a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content you upload and publish. For issues regarding intellectual property claims, you should contact the company in order to come to an agreement.
As a user of Our Site, you may be asked to register with us and provide private information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.
If you think there are any possible issues regarding the security of your account on the website, inform us immediately so we may address it accordingly.
We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders at our sole discretion.
By visiting Our Site, you agree that the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Ace Club Tennis and you, or its business partners and associates.
Any dispute related in any way to your visit to Our Site or to services you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by courts in Republic of Singapore and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
You agree to indemnify Ace Club Tennis and its affiliates and hold Ace Club Tennis harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of Our Site. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.
Ace Club Tennis is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of Our Site.
Ace Club Tennis reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between Ace Club Tennis and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of Our Site.
By using our indoor tennis court and equipment, or participating in our classes, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
All court reservations must be made in advance through our designated booking system. Drop-in reservations are allowed but subject to availability of the indoor tennis court.
These bookings accommodate two (2) players for tennis and four (4) players for pickleball, $15 fee will be charged on-site for any additional players.
Please adhere to the specified court schedule.
Use of equipment, including ball machines, rackets, shoes and apparel is subject to availability and additional fees may apply.
Please treat all equipment with care. Any damage caused by misuse will be charged to the user.
Only coaches authorized by Ace Club Tennis Pte. Ltd. may provide instruction on the indoor tennis court; external coaches are not allowed.
Registration for tennis classes is required and subject to availability.
Please provide sufficient notice for any class cancellations or rescheduling. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
Adhere to the instructions of the tennis coach during classes.
The Club strives to maintain consistency in coaching; however, operational needs may occasionally require changes. We reserve the right to terminate classes or change the assigned coach with no refund.
Purchased classes are valid for twelve (12) weeks, whether made in-store or online, unless otherwise specified.
Package of 12 sessions valid over twelve (12) weeks. Classes can be booked and rescheduled via the Udio platform, as long as the rescheduling complies with the company policy.
Clients must reschedule or cancel their lessons at least 24 hours before the lesson starts. Failure to follow the notice period will result in the forfeiture of the lesson, and it will be deemed non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
Three (3) make-up lessons are allowed per package for all kids classes. All make-up lesson slots are offered strictly subject to availability. The Club provides no guarantee as to the timing or scheduling of make-up lessons. Client required to book their own make-up lessons directly on Udio.
Prioritize safety at all times. Wear appropriate athletic attire and footwear.
Respect other court users and follow proper court etiquette.
Avoid any disruptive or dangerous behavior, including abusive language, physical aggression, or theft. Verbal abuse to our staff will result in immediate termination without a refund.
You may book and purchase classes or training sessions via our website, via our app, via the Udio website, or via social media (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram and others). Upon arrival at the facility, check in using your registration details.
Class types, class and training session pricing, and scheduling may change without prior notice.
Payments for booked classes will be processed using the payment details provided during booking.
Packages will be automatically renewed until cancelled at least one month before the end of the validity of the package.
Reselling, assigning, or transferring booked classes is not permitted.
We may request identification to verify your identity.
Failure to attend a paid class without proper cancellation may result in the loss of the fee.
You agree to abide by the terms of service of relevant service providers for payments made through the website or any other booking channel.
Protecting your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use personal data.
You assume all risks associated with using the indoor tennis court, equipment, and participating in classes. We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the facilities or participation in classes.
We reserve the right to terminate your usage of the facilities or participation in classes, without notice, for violation of these Terms and Conditions or other inappropriate behavior.
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or communicated to you directly.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, which have not been settled amicably within 30 days from the commencement of informal negotiation, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC Rules"). The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. The Tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
