By using this Our Site, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to leave Our Site accordingly. We only grant use and access of this website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted these terms.
Before you continue using Our Site, we advise you to read our Privacy Policy regarding our user data collection. It will help you better understand our practices.
You agree that all materials, products, and services provided on Our Site are the property of Ace Club Tennis, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property. You also agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute Ace Club Tennis intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations.
You grant Ace Club Tennis a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content you upload and publish. For issues regarding intellectual property claims, you should contact the company in order to come to an agreement.
As a user of Our Site, you may be asked to register with us and provide private information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.
If you think there are any possible issues regarding the security of your account on the website, inform us immediately so we may address it accordingly.
We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders at our sole discretion.
By visiting Our Site, you agree that the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Ace Club Tennis and you, or its business partners and associates.
Any dispute related in any way to your visit to Our Site or to services you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by courts in Republic of Singapore and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
You agree to indemnify Ace Club Tennis and its affiliates and hold Ace Club Tennis harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of Our Site. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.
Ace Club Tennis is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of Our Site.
Ace Club Tennis reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between Ace Club Tennis and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of Our Site.
By using our indoor tennis court and equipment, or participating in our classes, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
All court reservations must be made in advance through our designated booking system. Drop-in reservations are allowed but subject to availability of the indoor tennis court.
Tennis bookings accommodate up to two (2) players, while pickleball bookings accommodate up to four (4) players.
Please adhere to the specified court schedule.
Use of equipment, including ball machines, rackets, shoes and apparel is subject to availability and additional fees may apply.
All ball machine packages will be issued directly on and managed from SimplyBook. Once the package is issued, an expiration date will be given. Clients must complete all sessions within the stated expiration date. No refunds will be given once the package expires.
Please treat all equipment and court property with care. The indoor facility utilizes tempered paddle glass panels. Clients must not intentionally lean on, hit, or bump into the glass surfaces. Any damage or replacement costs arising from intentional or negligent behavior will be fully billed to the client. Any damage caused by general equipment misuse will likewise be charged to the user.
Only coaches authorized by Ace Club Tennis Pte. Ltd. may provide instruction on the indoor tennis court; external coaches are not allowed.
Registration for tennis classes is required and subject to availability.
Purchased classes are valid for twelve (12) weeks, whether made in-store or online, unless otherwise specified. Adult and Kids group classes consist of a package of 12 sessions valid over twelve (12) weeks. Classes can be booked and rescheduled via the Udio platform, provided rescheduling complies with company policy.
All private lessons are managed exclusively on SimplyBook. A membership is issued with an expiration date once the booking is confirmed. Clients must complete all lessons within the specified expiration date, and no refunds will be given for any lessons not taken if the membership expires.
Clients must reschedule or cancel their lessons via Udio (or SimplyBook for private lessons) at least 24 hours before the lesson starts. Failure to follow this notice period will result in the forfeiture of the lesson, and it will be deemed non-refundable and non reschedulable.
A maximum of three (3) make-up lessons are allowed per 12-week package. All make-up lesson slots are offered strictly subject to availability. The Club provides no guarantee as to the timing or scheduling of make-up lessons. Clients are required to book their own make-up lessons directly on Udio.
ll outstanding make-up vouchers must be booked or used before the final lesson of your current package term. Vouchers cannot be carried forward to a new term, extended, or used to offset future renewal fees.
To maintain a strict student-to-coach ratio and manage active waiting lists, the Club operates on an automated renewal timeline across the 12-week block:
Clients wishing to terminate their package or opt out of the upcoming term must provide a minimum of one (1) month’s written notice via email or WhatsApp immediately upon receiving the Week 8 reminder.
Prioritize safety at all times. Wear appropriate athletic attire and dedicated tennis shoes only on the court layout.
No food of any kind is permitted on the court surface. Drinks are allowed, provided they are kept in secure containers; any fluids spilled that require specialized cleaning or result in surface stains may incur a professional restoration fee.
Respect other court users and follow proper court etiquette.
Avoid any disruptive or dangerous behavior, including abusive language, physical aggression, or theft.
All prices include applicable taxes. Credit card payments may incur additional transaction fees. For automatic package renewals, payments are processed as follows:
Protecting your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy below for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
You assume all risks associated with using the indoor tennis court, equipment, and participating in classes. Ace Club Tennis Pte. Ltd. is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur on our premises.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the facilities or participation in classes.
We reserve the right to terminate your usage of the facilities or participation in classes, without notice, for violation of these Terms and Conditions or other inappropriate behavior.
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or being communicated to you directly.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, which has not been settled amicably within 30 days from the commencement of informal negotiation, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC Rules"). The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. The Tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
